i use it everyday at night and in the morning, but the shit still hits during the day so it's hard to avoid...

I don't know about you, but I started smoking when I was 13 when my brother brought me out and got me drunk for the first time. I didn't really like it, but did it anyway to get him to think I was cool. Well, I continued to smoke until a little less than a year ago. I just woke up one day and randomly decided to try and quit. I really still don't know why to this day. Anyway, long story short, after about 6 years + of heavy smoking, about a pack and half a day from 17-20, I still didn't need to use anything. I just slowed down and although I'm not 100% smoke free now (I only smoke when I'm drinking, which is still like 5 days a week at least... ) I'm only at like 1 and a half packs a week. Good, but I still ahve my work cut out for me.

I had to use the patch because i tried slowley reducing cig intake and it didnt work, i would get violent, i would loose control, i couldnt think, i would get fevors, i would feel jittery, so i decided to use the patch as an alternative as quitting to help me quit...
first time i was smoking was when iw as in about grade 3, only had a few wityh my bro and his friends, but i really started when i was 14.. so i have been smoking for close to 4 years now smoking a pack per 2 days...

.....Broke the rubba, busted another all up in ya motha, so how u feel like havin another baby brotha? Wha? dont studda, ya pants hangin so low ya new baby brotha can be ya new lova!......
