Yes it's true there are no artists working on the new patch, but that means absolutely nothing. The new elite uniques, if there are any, will most likely use artwork that is already in the game, like the elite uniques that already exist. For example, if they made a unique balrog blade, they would just use the same artwork as they did for the giant and tusk swords. I'm sure the main consern on the players is not the friggin' artwork anyhow, it's the uber loot.
