I am new here, so I doubt anyone will take my input seriously, but the rules for gimmeitam create pvp about as balanced as it will get without help from battle.net.
I think the link is www.bobalooga.com. Those rules have worked well for them, and they are an established legit dueling league for over a year.

I use only legit but will be happy to take anyone on 1v1 in a friendly duel =)
