The seller has 1169 feedback and very few negatives, so I doubt that he would actually be a scammer. Blizzard emplyees would most likely not have time to get a feedback like that on Ebay anyway.

Of course, they have connections, and GFraizer already did something like this before.

Too true cronic. Sadly, the stupid thing's are able to be duped, which would show they aren't legit. The www.3dsvs.com store sells them on USEast. No one is able to get that many constricting rings, there is proof in the .mpq files that constricting rings arent enabled, but the way they did that... damn. Only way I could think of is by using some unknown hack that lets you add stats and change the name of unique rings.

why did blizzard make the constricting ring if no one can find it, or maybe that guy kept it from a previous patch, a patch that made that ring possible to find, and he just gave up diablo and sellin his stuff?

last patch? i don't think there ever was a version where the ring was droppable.

Nope, no version has had it enabled, not even the LoD .07. Blizz hasn't enabled a lot of stuff. Majority of it is elite uniques, but the reason for the constricting ring isn't enabled is because it would turn into the new currency instead of SOJS.

is there anywhere, where i can see the list of the items that blizz hast enabled, im also havibng a roblem with my my pindle bot, evrthing is fine until i get to him it lets me get hit 1 time and then ut makes me leave and so on, i never cast anything at him. any feedback on thi would be greatly needed.

They talk about which item are enabled / disabled too, with the patch version according.

They have a list of all the runewords that have not been enabled also.

Not really. I know it's this one file that shows all runewords, and if the runeword is active or the database already knows the runes but it isn't enabled, it will display which runes make it.
