I can't turn on my Firewall
 

In settings it's says on but the red icon in the right corner says off. And avast says that i have a virus in the temporary internet folder. I can't delete it!

No, that's a secondary program to remove your issue. When the issue is resolved, your antivir should work again, just keep that bitch up to date and you won't have any more problems.

I scanned and it found some trojans that were deleted sucsessfully. But my firewall is still off. When i press don't allow exceptions in the firewall setting it turns on

If you have your own firewall and is not using Windows Firewall, then that alert might show your firewall as off as well.
As long as you know you're running some firewall with your own settings, this should be fine?

What version OS do you have?

Use the most updated version of Firefox and viola!
