In reality, eating it once in a while won't do much to your body versus having an addiction to Carrot cake. Good thing I'm not the latter

Just because it's made with carrots means it's automatically healthy. Butter and sugar icing, anyone?

Of course, depending on what ingredients it's made with factors into how healthy it actually is. And it is healthier than most other cakes.
