Resetting IP Help Plz

I tried the method stickied to reset my IP and it worked the first time I tried it, but now it wont work again. Could someone please help me out or show me a different way to obtain a new IP so I dont have realm down anymore? Thanks in advance.

If your on dial up just redial.
