Hey ive finished maxing all the necessary skills, like hammer, concentration and the synergies, what should i put up afterwards? meditation?

You're probably going to want to just max holy shield.

You're going to be using concentration ALL the time really... The only other synergies you would use would be if someone else had conc on (in which case, you can tell him to change synergies because you put your points into holy shield).

Like bob said, holy shield would help a lot.

Or you could put one point in skills like salvation.

i maxed conc and its synergies, and holy shield, and i only do about 8k hammers :(

depends on what gear you have......, also put 1 in like redemption, very useful!, you get mana and life back fast

Ya, it's all in the gear. If you want mad damage, you're shooting for: +2skill/FCR helm, Enigma, 2xsojs, Arachnid Sash, HoZ, HotO flail, +2skill/FCR ammy, Trang gloves (fcr and cold res), and Silkweave, Waterwalk, Sandstorm Trek, or rare resist boots.

You'll also need an anni and some +skill charms to top out your damage.

If you're PvP, put points into Charge, and get a CTA weapon switch that deals a bit of damage. ;)

Naw im a pvm, using for helll rushes for forges for the most part, i got HOZ, Enigma, Trang Gloves, Arach, Shako, Wiz, Raven, Goreriders. I still need to get a HOTO, either maras, seraphs or FCR +2 skills rare ammy, and an soj or 2, then just stock up on skill charms

im poor my palla only has- Duress, soj's, HoZ, Atlantean, shako, maras, and shit fhr belt.. oh yeah and travs. -.- shittest gear ever!
