helm-- shako with 5/5 cold facet
ammy-- tal rashas or +3 cold skill
armor-- bugged tals for evah !!!!!
weapon-- eschutas/deaths/oculus with 5/5 cold facet
sheild-- lidless wall/stormshield with 5/5 cold facet
belt-- snowclash
boots-- id say war travelers... or marrowwalks ??
gloves-- frostburns (???)
ring1-- soj
ring2-- raven or soj

im not the expert, most of my sorcs are fire-ball, but i think this is fine

how did you get 5 sockets in all items, talk about lucky i sometimes get 2or3 but usually only 1

5 sockets ????? oh no, i mean a Rainbow facet with 5% extra cold dmg and 5% res
socketing items at larzuk ALWAYS, gives the same amount of sockets on the same item. Uniques and sets can get only 1, normal items get up to 6 i think.... depends on what item it is

If ur ladder??? u whould want to change the bugged tals...i would accually for for a reg tals armor...and the shield i would go with a 'splender' grimm shield. Everything else that geekstar said i totaly agree with! :D :D

Weapon: Death fathom
Shield: Lidless <--- don't use this :(
Gloves: Magefists
Belt: Arach//Snowclash
Boots: Grim spurs
Rings: 2xSojs
Ammy: armageddon Fletch

Everything that can be socketed has a Cold facet

what ExT said thats basically a good setup but on

weapon 2: CTA
shield 2: splendor/lidless/sigs shield doesnt really matter
