You know on botd's and DC's and such they have either -25% to def on target or -33%, well is there a limit in pvp with that? And does jah actually work in PvP "ignore targets defense" ?.

-targe def % was a bug back in .09 it doesn't work in .10
ignore target def is like only for champ monsters so jah'n a weapon is useless??

No...

-target % defense DOES work, it's just not bugged like it was in 09. In 09, Eth rune basically gave you ITD for PvP, whereas it now works correctly.

No cap that I know of.

Works in both cases, and it works exactly as stated. The target's defense is lowered by X% when you swing at them.

No wonder that fury barb ownz the botd barb.

i havn't seen a fury barb in .10, maybe cause i play ladder but ya. all i've seen is fury sins

it's season one, the other botd barb is godly too. Both of them are godly but the fury barb is using fury highland blade.

Fury has godly amounts of Deadly Strike, Attack Rating enhancements, and decent Open Wounds.

I'm surprised no one really caught on to this earlier... :(

Fury owns. My assassin is testament to that.
