Light Fury zon, need help
 

Im planning on making a Lightning Fury zon that also uses that lightning jab move. Im going to make it on ladder and need to know the best gear for one of these. Anybody have one that could tell me what gear is good for it? It's a PvM and I would also need to know how much dex and all that would be good.

Get lightning facets, I know that for sure, preferably 5/5. A 20% Griffon's Eye. Maybe an Ormus' Robes, if you really want some lightning damage, my zon just uses a uped 40% ed shaft. Raven, duel leech ring. Thundergods. I use Cat's Eye but you can use Mara's if you want. I don't have a Thunderstroke but it looks good with it's -15% enemy light resist. Stormshield. If you can find some 20% ias, ll and plus to java skills gloves, those would be usefull too.

my zon uses: perfect griffons w/ 5/5 light death facet. 5/5 light facet stormshield. 191% ethreal upgraded titans. coh dusk shroud. waterwalks (nice dex/life bonus). 7/7 vambraces. 5% bk, 20 dex raven, 30% maras. also be sure to stock up on psn dmg and invest in a might merc. You most likely will have little mana leech (especially in hell). So pumping up your physical dmg from might/charms will boost your leech.

yes , but maybe other merc , holy freeze is usefull if u ask me.
but , amas have low def mostly so maybe defiance merc ( is there 1 ?:D)

zons have low defense because they do not get hit. they stay away from the action (unless your charged strike) and the have dodge/evade/(i forget the other 1) skills. So you will not need the defense merc. You will only get hit once in a blue moon. And even then, you should have put enough pts into life to survive the hit (unless it's IM). Also, when you do lose life, the above mentioned gear should give you enough life leech to leech most of your life back in 1 hit (if it's in a large crowd. ie: minions)
