Need Free Tips
 

Hey!

I'm not sure where this thread should go but whatever, it's the mods job to move it :)

I just started a barb, my first one so i'm pretty confuse as to what skills i need to put. After thinking about it for a bit, i decided on a s/s barb so i thought about maxing WW, BO and sword mastery. I don't know where i should put the rest of my points so give me some pointers :D

As for the stats, i thought something like 150 strenght, 150 dex, the rest in vit. Tell me if that's okay or if i need to change some stats.

I'm trying to make this barb a BvB dueler.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Dont barbs have a skill called stone skin? I cant cheak, arrreat summit is down for me. Also i recommend putting a pt or 2 in natural resistances. And that faster walk skill.

The skill is called Iron skin I think, I was also think of putting some skills in those :D

yeah def max shout and iron skin, no one will be able to touch u, and thats a totaly of 5 maxed skills so my advice dont waste ANY points into things that u dont need, the only point id waste is the wc that increases skill lvls but only put 1 point into it. So lemme see if i can do this math and see what lvl ull be at when u max everything out.......if my calculations are correct u can be at like 87 but i didnt take into account for prerequisits hmm......i would have to say ull be in the 90s before u max everything out, but my advice max shout last so u can still kick ass and not be complete. gear wise, ss, eth botd cb, enigma or eth valor, dracs, angelic rings and ammy, wc weapons on switch or if ur uber rich use 2x 6bo cta (thatd be hot), perf dungos, and either eth arreats or another barb helm or coa w/ cham and 40/15 or somethin.

I'd max Shout, and another useful skill, like Berserk or Concentration.

Shout > Iron Skin

Perhaps maybe natural resist?

1 point is usually sufficient. You get enough from +skills to make it worthwhile.

sorry to burst your bubble SlickFic04 but cta's with +6 bo each would be a major waste because blizzard has a system that maxes and items + of a certain skill to the class that can use it naturally to a +3 bonus meaning that you would be alot better off to just get 2 warcry weapons because you would get the same effect. same thing happens with trangs set because if you think about it a sorc that got a +18 fire ball skill bonus would be pretty wicked so blizz must have actually been thinking when they started to allow characters to get other skills.

if i were to make a pvm ww barb, would i use the same stat distrubution and skill distribution?

ya u cant go wrong with stone skin and nat resist, but im warning u DO NOT USE FULL BK SET!!!!!! IT BLOWS :D
