Where is the best place to go and find runes? Outside of hell forge, where would i be able to just go play and have a better shot at finding high lvl lets say pul and higher runes?

Runes drop randomly, nothing affects their drop rate (or so ive heard). You can have 1000 mf and your chances of getting a vex are no greater then if your mf was 0. Your best bet is to do hell countess. I beleive, correct me if im wrong, that she can drop any rune in the game.

Countess drops any rune and I believe The Summoner can...also that Threshsocket guy...

i heard too that she can dropp all runes but i never found better than a vex ;)

Well even though runes are random the countess is the only place where you know a rune is going to drop so she would be your best bet if you are just rune hunting. I have seen her drop 3 runes at a time on some runs. MF does not matter as someone else stated. I have found as high as Vex on countess and several Ist runes recently.

Better to trade items you find for the runes you need. It's much faster and easier that way.

Hell countess drops any rune in the game.. ive just found fal , sol, hel, Shael & a ko rune.. but im using my friends acc atm.. coz i gotta start all over again with my acc :(
