which one? the ed or ar one? i think they've already had that mod before if your talking about the ed one

Yes, but I don't think it went as high as it does now. Could be wrong though.

I had one with 55% ED on it naturally. I made it into an Ancient's Pledge, cuz it had 3 open sockets. It was pretty sweet.

Edit: This was about a year ago, so they've had this mod for a while now.

oh, I thought they only had ed mod on sword... never know they got on sheild too.

Only Paladin Sheilds, I've seen it as high as 60%.

You can get upto 75% dmg increase, 150 attack rating, or 60 All resist, or 120% Enhanced Defense. Those are all naturally before magical mods and/or runewords.

I currently am seeking an eth Vortex Shield with 40+ All resist on it so I can Exile that badass. Have the runes, jus' needa sickly shield.
