a friend was in game and was like watch this he drops like 4 piles of gold at 3 pieces a pile then is exited from game w/o showing any message of him leaving can anyone explain this?

Was there any special location in which he dropped the gold?

he juz had connection interrupted or somethin i got that too

It was somethin about leaving game withoit message....prosblems with memory ;P

no, its not "memory" probs, my friend does it to, but he doesnt drop gold....and he also signs off without me knowing...who knows!

I know exactly how its done.

Put one gold in your inventory, then drop one gold then before that gold hits the ground drop another. Since you dont have two gold in your inventory and you dropped the only gold you have, you get a connection interupted. The reason this is possible is because your inventory doesnt deplete the inventory gold untill it touchs the ground or you exit the game while its airborne. If you have any questions post them.

That was patched due to gold dupe, yes? Or was the only safe-guard the packet flooding?

Patched? I dont know what your doing/talking about but its not the same as what im saying... I just preformed the act before posting this.. i know it isnt patched.
