0 because you cannot trade it, 90% of people wont even trade for it.

And it is faily common, I've found one, and my friend has found 4-5

To answer the question, Gheed's charm doesn't affect Merc Re-hiring prices, which BLOWS, but it does affect Gambling costs and Pot prices, which are both super woot.
