i just started doing countess runs and so far iv only found hel and sheal runes. im wondering if its possible to find like chams and ists on her?

Except hellforge can't drop good runes. I think Niliathac is best for runes cause he is highest monster in the game, yes even higher than baal. And he can drop zod. But he's hard to kill and you can't get pindle if you kill him.
