Armor Color Change - Blessed or Bugged?

I have found a way to change the color of armor

- but it is totally random... I can use Jamella to make items magical but when I click on the tag that says "Set rare name affixes" or something to that effect, it gives me a long list, and depending on the suffix and prefix I choose, the required level changes, HOWEVER - if I choose something like Wailing Sword of Worth and it says it required level 1 on Jamella, but when I get in game it won't have that name. It'll be something like Ambergris Sword of Greed, and will have a VERY HIGH required level of something like 46 (or even higher). So Why does Jamella do this? I want to be able to use the colored items by the time I get to level 10. So why does Jamella change the prefix/suffix of magical (blue text) items? It is very confusing....

I would also like to know if anyone else has had issues with Jamella like this?

People tell me I should be using Shadowmaster or something else, but Jamella is simple enough, and I'm certainly not a "L337 H@xx0r" (Lol), so it is perfect for me. Also, Shadowmaster doesn't let you edit the statistics of items the way Jamella does.

P.S. I don't want to seem rude but last time my post was turned into an argument between a few people having nothing to do with my initial question... I hope that doesn't happen this time. However, on a better note, my post was up for about an hour and when I checked it I had 7 replies already, so at least I know this board isn't dead :)

Jamellas is just messed up, I suggest you use fuzziers and shadowmaster. Its very simple and can do alot more with alot less errors.

how do u do tat with teh colord writing ?
