For items, you want bugs or legit? well bugs going be costy, those 4 stockets bug valor, havoc 0.8 gaze, cliff killer ammy. 2x bug raven spiral rings, gale graps glove, bug war travel. bug string. . and more...
For legit items, get ss, eth titan. 40/15 ias 0.8 gaze. 40/15 ias 0.8 valor. perfect string, raven ring, and a duel leech ring. Gale glove, and some nice duel state 0.8 boots.

I don't really think he needs those...I assume he's using a javazon for PvM.

Of course you need a Titans for weapon. I have used a cruel Ghost Glaive with good results also. Armor: T-Gods belt, Valk Wing helm, War Travs Boots, I prefer Tiamats Rebuke Shield for additional elemental dmg, Some nice crafted gloves with ias and skill boosts or Lava gouts work well too. Skullders with ias jewel is my preferred armor.

I would add to Senesias skill suggestions that you pump Valkyrie to 10-12 points for tanking cows.
