that jewel is more for like mf sorc, or sometime pk necro or trap asn. Cuz +skill to other class not as important as ED.

You people seriously haven't seen these out there ? I've seen tons of them in 4 x socketed storms and 4 x socketed bvalors, and yes sorcs usually use them.

Not everyone still play this old game, or not too into public games.

My guess would be East? Since Bob plays on East.
