Con Rings

I heard that Con Rings MF doesnt work. . . Any truth to this?

No proof to it thats for sure.
If the life drain works and the resists work why wouldn't the mf?

Life drain steals u life, what else ;p its like regeneration, but the other way around, u slowly loose life. If u got tal rasha stuff on u also got +10 life regen. So everything is just fine then.
