Quick trading story... What's your opinion?
 

Alright, I'm no genious when it comes to prices for everything in the game, but I have a decent idea for what most things are worth.

So, here it goes. I came home from work, unwinded, got food, changed my clothes and was getting ready to go to the gym. Before I left, I checked my bot log and low and behold I had a Ber Rune in there. I was pretty excited about it, but let the bot go and headed to the gym.

Now, I get home, change again, and start muling my bots findings. At this time, I'm saving up to buy a 160/60 Wire Fleece for my buddy, so I figured I'd trade the Ber Rune, since I had 31 sojs saved up for him so far, and figured I couuld get close or over what i needed (I have no idea what a Ber is worth).

I spam the trade rooms, and get a few responses. I'm writing back furiously, and someone offers me 10 sojs for it. Granted, that was more than I thought it was worth, so I'm pretty happy. Then I get another guy offering an Eagle for my Unid War Travs and the Ber Rune. I was totally confused and proceeded to get in a verbal battle with this guy that was offering so much less. Heh, I just had to stop when he made the gayest comment in the world.... "Well I have an 08 Valor and 08 Shako socketed with Havok Jewel, I pwnz joo!! NEWBIE!!"

Well, to finish off this bad bad bad story, I took the 10 sojs from the other guy. I just wanted to let ya know and I was wondering (1) if 10 sojs was a good trade, and (2) if anyone else has been seeing this petty immature behavior while trading like I have been lately....

You got a fair price, 10-12 is typical for a ber rune. And yes I have dealt with people fussing and whining when I would not come down to their offer price. The use of newbie as an insult is so stupid it deserves no comment...

Rofl yeah that happendsd all the time i was trading my eagle for a norm-hell cow rush(figuring they can trust me) im like... ok after hell baal right? their like NO AFTER norm, and then i look at their level and its like 67 im like wtf u cant even do hell baal hes like I HAVE 08 UNID vALOR ON

Hey guys... im kinda new to those forums.... Im wondering... 1- what are those bots u guys talking about... cuz im doing mf mf and im starting to actually get bored... Where can I find a NON TROJAN one? Or send me one by MSN or something?

2- Where do ya mf? I usually do Pindle, Meph, then I do the cow with my lvl 91 sorc...

3- How much mf YA GOT?

4- How does Bot decides what he picks up and not?

1- i dont know, was a bot mentioned?

grrrr i forgot the put a commer on it u ber rune worth 15-20 sojs and i say he got rip off at least 5 sojs
