By the way, I can almost guarantee your war traveler are better than your old boots, I have never seen any nonbugged boots that can compare to the 15-25 dmg +20 stats from war traveler.

Barb use bersek too. And the ias is also counted from other items.

the damage is more important anyways, use 40/15max.
If you are having problems with zons with that gear and build, then your problem is that you're too slow.
Use more faster run/walk small charms, and ditch the corruption heart for a Cat's Eye (IAS for zerk, 30% frw, and 25 dex for blocking makes up for the dex lost from cheart, and then some)

lee, his gear obviously has more than enough required ias for bezerk fastest frames

thus 40/15 max is best
