why of the sudden everyone starts a figth against warez? it hasnt been a problem here before? nobody has posted a direct link to a warez except that time with the UO randuin posted but thats just about it

The anti-warez rule has been here since Zelaron's been using vBulletin. It just wasn't enforced on the old server.

Unfortunately, this new server has an anti-warez policy. If we allow warez. it could get Zel shut down.
We may not like the "new" rules, but they have to been enforced for the safety of the site.

and what does this have to do with programming?

Because programmers like myself are the ones who suffer when a lot of people warez our work.

To publishers all that matters is sales. If one of our products doesn't sell well, we might not get another contract.

But I don't want to hijack this thread by discussing it any more.

yes but there isnt any warez hosted on zelaron, nor links to them...
