Just take the past 30 days that you have visited, if you posted 4 times each day you have 100% activity. If you missed a single post, then your activity will be less than 100% for as long as it takes for that day to no longer be included in the 30 days.

Yeah I am maxed out at 96% lol i wonder how much it will fall until i get back. Lol i might make my home page zelaron so when my family checks thier email they will get me 1 point for the day lol.
