I hate that movie. It was a huge dissapointment, although Williams was an awesome actor in it.

imagine one week of day light, you get to play b-ball all week without going to sleep because you dont have to worry about the sun going down,
or you can build a house (we put an extention to my house and the only reason we stoped was because the sun went down.......dude you can have a lot done that way i think i'll be moving soon %$@#$!@#$#!@#%^! |

In every wildlife film iv'e seen in Alaska it's always thick with snow, what els am I gonna think? Hmmm maybe i'm thinking of the Antarctic :s

Ok, there's about only 1-2 days where it's sunlight the whole time, during summer solstice. Usually what happens, is the sun comes out at 4am, and goes down at 2am. So it seems to people that go to sleep early that there is no sunlight at all, it is actually very hard to fall asleep early if you don't have some sort of pitch black room with curtains that block out the sun. In the winter its different, usually everything is grey, very beautiful, but grey.(the sky that is). The coldest days are usually when its icy and the sun is out, its cold as fuk!!!! And the warmest days in the winter is when its snowing. Yay! Common people, its not that much different from any other place with snow.
