I think it would be best suited if you do actually have 2 batteries, just in case one just stops from having so much draw on it. I seriously don't see why people need like 1000's of watts, seems like a waste of money/makes you deaf, but in your case, kaos, I doubt you care about the money or your hearing as long as it plays good.

Lol. tru dat playa.

Jesus how loud did you have them ? I've had my system for 2 years and turned it up pretty loud and they've never broke, maybe you don't have good quality subs just high output ?

That's what he meant by "too much draw". BUT if the battery died while the car was ON then that means you probably need a heavier duty altenator to charge the battery at a faster rate.

Ok heres what you can do.
Since you have a few thousand watts draining on your system, I would recommend going with another battery. Probably a deep cell. What your also going to want to get is a capacitor (keeps charge from the battery..charges it back up when it gets a low level.) To keep both of these running your gonna wanna run the seconds out of the first..and have both of them on the altenator. edit: err. Didn't read either. But you might still ahve the same problem with your "new" shit. |

Why do you have 6600 watts worth of speakers and only 4400 watts of amp to push it? Don't you need 1 watt of amp per 1 watt of speaker to get the most out of it? |
I find it hard to believe you mistook blown woofers for a drained battery.

Maybe this will give kaos a reason to visit now.
