Hmm are you going to put all the pieces together after you have them? How would you go about doing that?

XP-90 is generally considered better for an A64 than the XP-120. I have one.

Get this fan for it also. And some Arctic silver 5.

Not going liquid cooling then? Be forewarned that fan is -VERY- loud when not controlled. I'm talking vacuum loud. No exaggeration. Not as loud as the Vantec Tornado though.

Why bother with PC 3500, unless you are going to overclock? If so, then you don't want that RAM anyway, nor do you want an A64 3400+.

The fastest RAM. My recommendation. The samsung TCCD chips can also overclock substantially.. as long as you lessen the memory timings a bit. But still faster than stuff rated at PC4000+ usually.

DVD Burner? Suggest this. Dual-layer is the way to go.

Same Videocard I would suggest. Your hard drive link is bad but raptors kick ass. Might want to invest in two and go with Raid 0. Mobo is fine.

Some people love OCZ, some don't. I wouldn't recommend for overclocking (hear it has kind of a weak 12v rail), but it's interesting because it claims it's BTX compatible, but that means you'd need a BTX case .. if BTX ever takes off.

Um.. it's just.. putting things together. You build it yourself. If you know what you're doing it's not hard.

I'll go with that DVD burner.

I want to go with this fan, because at such a massive size I can run it at a low RPM and get NO sound from it (atleast that's what I think?)

What do you suggest for mobo/cpu/ram (I don't really plan to OC ram)?

Here..

If you're not OCing, replace the 3000+ with the 3400+ you wanted. Get retail if not OCing though, for the 3 year warranty.
