For a custom home building company where I live. I do landscaping, and the bitch construction work like cleaning up after mexican brick layers and shit. Although I do do stuff like drywall and basically anything not involving wood work, brick laying, electric, and plumbing. I do paint though.

to go to sleep i usually just turn on the tv, something REALLY boring, so boring and stupid that u wanna turn it off, so u look the other way, think about something to drown out the sound, and then u get a deep thought, BANG sleep

I get precisely 4 1/2 - 5 hours of sleep every day. I function perfectly with it. I try sleeping in, but cant. The longest I've slept in years that I can recall, is 6 1/2 hours, and I was tired all day from over-sleep. :(

Some people function perfectly under what others would consider minimal sleep... How much do you normally get?

I need like 7 hours+ of sleep, in summer I get like 10-12 hours of sleep.

for skool i go to sleep at 2-3ish and wake up at 6 wow i dont get sleep do i heh in the summer i sleep till 3 pm so im happy :)

i have trouble sleeping at night as well i think too many weird thoughts
