The problem is legality.

For instance, if you were to post a picture of some random nudity on here (say... Krystal Steal for example), then you would get in trouble, and the picture would be removed. That's because it's against forum rules.

Now, if you were to post those pictures of Lindsey Lohan on here, then you would get in trouble, and the picture would be removed. Also, whoever is liable for the pictures (website owner, webmaster, or poster--whoever) could be not only sued by Lohan but also brought up on charges of child pornography.
