They are backed with 100% replacement if they should vanish next patch. My supplier assures me that the WONT!!
The seller is not responsible for any actions taken by
Blizzard or Battle.net once the item has been transferred to
the purchaser.

I think it might need some investigating...
The buyer syas he is happy, ok that could just be another account of the seller.
The seller says you must own a d2 account, so it is on closed bnet.
What can we learn from the picture? Well the ring requires lvl 73, it has ED...
Hmmm He says his "supplyer", Makes me wonder why his "supplyer" just doesnt sell them and make loads of cash, so that part is BS.
He says the are "unid" , weird.
I dont know.... seems like probly a scam.

I'm pretty sure you guy's didn't closely inspect the picture. That lame ring does NOT have WF stats. It has 4% life leech, +strength/dex (can't see amount, picture too blurred). By the way, that is definitely on open bnet. No dumbass would toss out a Un'ID GF, WF and SS for free, those 3 are worth more than what that lame "windforce" sold for.
