Is there something wrong with Bnet

i formatted my comp and when i installed my d2 and logged on...the patch i had to dl went up to 99% percent then the connection closes and it says "you have been disconnected from bnet, plz reconnect again". I did try to reconnect but the same msg pops up. Any1 has any ideas y is this happening?

Try to download the update directly from Blizz server via http. Download it, then run it.
