Anyway, where is everyone in life?
I have quit (most) drugs, I will smoke on occasion but do not purchase any. I take my prescribed medication, work 2 jobs, live in my apartment with my girlfriend and have a pet turtle named Franklin. I also attend a lame community college.
And that's my story. wut

I have pretty much quit smoking pot other than at social gatherings which amounts to once a week at the most. No other meds besides that. Still working the same full time job I have been working for the past 5 years. Still going to school for materials science engineering. In a long distance relationship with a wonderful girl named Sara.
This is us and the view from my back deck.

I can't smoke because I started working at a casino. I take medication too and it helps, but it's not the best in the world.

I haven't touched pot in at least 4 years.
I used to work at Border's as a Cafe Supervisor from 2007-2009. From 2009-2011 I worked as a general manager at a Domino's Pizza. Me and a business partner are currently in talks with a franchise company who deals with repairing and redyeing leather / vinyl / plastics. If all goes well, the franchise agreement will be signed soon, and about a month after that I'll be in business. Already have the sparkling new transit van picked out =D

That doesn't sound nearly as complimenting as I wanted it to sound. "Glad to hear you're doing good."

M-Moot!?
I quit the Trinity Cult and became a Messianic Jew (which is honestly a fancy way to say Christian). I'm working on getting a degree in teaching, but everyone says I should do something in media or writing, which I'm considering. It's at a community college, but after 30 credits, I can transfer to a much fancier college.
I spend my free time either playing video games or watching anime with my girlfriend. We're about to have our one year anniversary. Me, Noah, Brandon and Seth still hand out regularly. About once a month me and Brandon go out to see a local band play. My band Mildred released our EP.

Skurai, that image alone has redeemed you above the level of completely and utterly useless and fucking retarded to slightly useless and fucking retarded.

Back on track...

I'm sorry to say that you've yet to hit the nine year mark, Spec, but you're only out by a couple of months, so keep trucking! Any way, you sound to be doing well. Any pictures of the turtle?
I'm still single and I'm still knocking about at University, having just started a Master's in Computer Science - I've decided I'm going to build up my debts all at once, rather than cycle through building up small ones and paying them off. I'm hoping to go on to do a PhD, which would start next October, but it all depends on what funding is available. If I can't get any, I suppose I'll have to win the lottery instead.

If I can't get any, I suppose I'll have to win the lottery instead.
>Win the lottery
>Buy more lottery tickets until you win again
>Repeat process
>money grows to absurd amounts within days
I've always wondered if this would work. Not likely.

The return on investment for lottery less than 100%. Usually it's somewhere between 10% and 30%. So for every dollar you spend, you'll get about $0.10-$0.30 back. Eventually you run out of money.

How pitiful.
Y'know, for whatever reason I always expected 50%.
Can't the government just tax the lotto? I mean, it obviously has a lot of money on it's hands.

The government does tax lottery winnings in our country. I believe anything over $500 but I could be wrong about that.

So what actually HAPPENED to the economy? Like, in detail, how did it start fucking up?
inb4 the only thing I hear is "George W. Bush" because that's not, y'know, an answer.
