I'm going to have to say advertisement. Sausage couldn't provoke such profound enjoyment otherwise. Also, sex sells. Sexy girl, phallic sausage. I'd wager it's not an American ad though.

Also, I don't see how you consider that an ad. It isn't selling anything. It's an accompanying picture for an article.
