Personally it has to be over top for me, if it's under it just doesn't seem right...

Over. It's in front, facing you, you can see the end of the roll and it hangs down in front so it can't hide from you.

You misunderstood. The question is whether you prefer a roll of toilet paper to be in the overhand or underhand position on the dispenser. If "How do you wipe?" was the question, there would need to be a "Both, because I'm a chick." option.

Anyway, overhand position plz.
