While researching the vitamins/minerals in Centrum I came across this site:

Do you think that what they say is true, or just a random anti-pill website?

I've been taking Centrum for a couple days now, and I'm wondering if I should still take it -_^

Just from the look of that website I'd call bullshit.

If taken correctly, it is not toxic. Some of the vitamins and minerals are good for you only in small levels, and if you take too much in too little time you could possibly negatively effect your body's chemical balance.

Just about anything is toxic if taken in the right quantities. Take nicotine and compare it to some other poisons and you'll be surprised :D.
