help with bowzon charms

tell me whats better:

max inventory full of 3/20/20 SCs (max/ar/life)
(30x of these is an extra 600 life)

OR

inventory full of 10/70/7frw GCs? (max/ar/frw)
(9x of these is 63 frw + 30 boots + 30 cats eye = 123 fr/w)

should i go more life or more faster run/walk?
..this is pvp.

My zon had 30 3/20/5 frw sc's. I could run pretty fast but I never could outrun arrows. I'd go with 3/20/20's and go dext or something.
