I can't get RM2X3 to work!

I just downloaded RM2X3 from Lime wire(I couldn't find a single one on the net) and I made sure that it was Legit. The only thing is....I can't open it because the harmony files disappear. Can someone help me please? I'm using a windows 98 SE if that helps anyone.

Good old harmony.dll

Install again, but install the program, THEN the RTP, not the other way around

Of course, those prepackaged ones are prone to odd errors and as such do not carry the BlueCube Seal Of Approval (tm)
