Changing words in game such as class and title

While I would much rather be putting something helpful, I must ask a question instead. I remember seeing a way to change the text for title, class, and name for the status menu, but I can't remember how and I can't find the place that had the info. Does anyone know how to do it? Thank you in advance.

Change Class is on page 4 of the event commands list, and Change Hero Name / Change Hero Title are both on page 1, if that's what you're asking - change them in whatever events you want.

I'm sorry, I ment changing the actual words "class" "name" and "title"

Ah, use reshacker (http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/) on the RPG_RT.exe. A quick look through shows that the string is located at String Table/4079/0, lines 65254, 65255, and 65256. You'll probably get a complier error because Enterbrain are a bunch of doofuses and put an extra line - delete line 65264 and compile, (it's a duplicate anyway) then save it

(It's actually not as difficult as it sounds, resource hacking is pretty easy. Just keep in mind that anyone who plays your game has to use your version of RPG_RT.exe or they'll get the normal strings. If you need screenshots or something I'll do that for you)

I was trying to change it using reshacker before, but I kept getting that error and couldn't figure out what to do. Thanks BlueCube!
