Try conning a British ISP into believing you're British and connecting you up. Tiscali is good, as is BT. But ignore NTL and AOL. :)

I have Comcast, if you saw my post in the WRT I have a decent amount of interent downtime.

Just get them out to your house. I had to call them three times to finally get the problem fixed.

lol, from across the world? not happening.. o and btw, aol sucks. the only good thing they have there is aim and that's final. also what does NTL stand for?

AOL is excrutiatingly bad.

NTL is a cable company - through them you get Phone, TV and Internet. I don't know what it stands for. National Tele-something or other maybe.

But, yeah, they're bad too. Their customer service is abysmal, and you get a lot of downtime.

I have Comcast and it hasn't been all that bad really. It has not actually gone out yet but there is the occasional time where it gets slower than shit for a little bit.
