Yea, but this was authentic. This girl honestly had no idea what the fuck he was talking about. The girl believed that the doctors stick a needle in your nuts. I find that pretty funny.

This is one of those things that is made funnier by the way people say things. That means putting it on paper (internet) cuts the funny dramatically. I could see laughing at a conversation like this though.
