re-roll it. If Baal droped it than it could change into something worth while.

A 35 AR / 20 Life SC would be worth a bit though.

But that one isn't worth anything, just to reiterate what the others are saying.

i found a gc with 40 life and 50 mana

That's pretty bad too. Using certain sc's can get you more +to life and + to mana. I think they are worth more too, though.

Not only that but a GC takes up space in an inventory that could be used for a skill charm while SCs you can tuck along the bottom underneath the GCs.
