I usually just play along and put a dnd that says Fuck you, worst scammer ever, or something like that.

Sometimes people would spam chat rooms to sign up for clans, and I would say yeah, make a private game. He'd go,"First off, thanks for coming. Here is your honorary member ring (then he dropped an SOJ). To check your rank for us, please type /dnd (account) (password)." I'd go," OK. YAY MY FIRST SOJ OMG PK PK L337!" Then I'd type /dnd (thanksfor) (thering).

Sadly, I used to use this scam a year ago, but it got old fast and no one falls for it. I did however snatch a good hardcore account, but then I gave him back most of the items.

handofheaven, you didn't really use a scam, i wish people would just give free stuff away like that, i didn't even know people would do that......, how did u get a account by doing what you did? all you did was just take someones item

I don't really know, I haven't really played D2 in months. For all I know, there could have been a recent high-demand for Ormus' Robes. But, I doubt it.

Sounds like a good trade to me.
