true of false, a glitch rushed character, in hell, low level - there is a way to power levle that character in hell and get levels hella fast? true or false? i heard someone talking about it in game and i wanted to know if its true. im talking about getting huge xp for low level characters in hell.

Rebel is right... standing in chaos sanc at any lvl will gain you shitloads of exp... kinda like .09 cows !
