maybe but for some items it mite not be with those mods and everything id say only about 2 but i wouldnt be suprised if 3 came... im fuckin tired

Arreat Summit (http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/circlets.shtml) agrees, Tiaras and Diadems can have 3 sockets, but Coronets and Circlets can only have 2. He has a Pic of a Coronet, but Death has a pic of a Diadem.

Magic items if they use sockets quest can only get 2 sockets. Because your Diadem is have surfix of Jeweler, that's why is 3 sockets.
