if i use a passion weapon on a pally does it have the same 9 frame cap as it does on a barb?

dam that really sucks becuase you only get 2.7 attacks then which is pretty low/slow. next question is how does fanat boost the damage of beserk would it be like say 400% after final beserk damage with str already counted in? so would it then multiply you total damage by 4 or just he weapon damage? i never really under stood how auras worked.

works by adding to your overall damg like if u got 3k hammers and u got 300#inc damg with concentration you get 9k hammers, same principle on the ed part, with fanat the extra ias adds to your overall IAS%(hence a small 35ish% at high end levels to cap its power)
