This is on us.east non-ladder. I was just going through my old characters from 1.09 (cuz extrawork.dll got me scared so i decided to go through all accounts to make sure they're all permd), and then i saw this shield. The last time i looked at it (1.09) i could've sworn that this was just a regular storm shield. Did 1.09 ss get changed to aegis? I know that 1.08 ss were aegis (but looked like tower shields..was mine a 1.08)?

... no his is .08. In the patch of 1.10 they change all the images, no matter your items from .08 or .09 they look the same.

ok..cool cool..so it could be 1.08 or 1.09 ss. Also, what is the worth of a 1.08 p.gaze and 40/15's (east non ladder)..basically..i need to sell everything on ebay for money for school :(

Money wise, you should ask me since I am pretty expert at ebay. For all the non ladder, every high rune worth around 4$ ( not 100% sure, haven't check them for long time). Good ladder emerged unique sell in non ladder worth around 10$, best non ladder unique worth aound 5-15$ depending what they are. You gaze would get you around 5$ or less... because everybody perfect Coa over gaze now.
