To socket or not to socket

I am playing ladder west and am slowly building a pathetic zon, currently lvl 33. I was able to get a Goldstrike Bow for use at lvl 46 and am wondering what to socket it with. Seeing as how good stuff is HARD to get I am leaning more to a P Skull for leech as opposed to an ED jewel. It has 50 IAS to start with so speed is not a concern. Any ideas?

well i shaeled mine and upgraded it last ladder season and it served me well because i had a high lords ammy and a mavs helm with a 15 ias jewel in it to reach a good speed breaking point but that was for pvp. for pvm you probably are already shooting fast enough.
