As far as i know on USWest, everyone still has one. Kinda dumb to remove it, its not even that good.

Its not that good jOOb~! Id take a Helm like that +2 Nec skills, 20% FCR, +1 p/b 59 life, all res 23 rare circlet my friend has. Or a circlet like Tenkens

nub tenken used 08 valk kind of until he sac'ed a few hundred life to use 1/12fhr pb gcs and 5fhr/14+ scs, b4 he use to use 08 valk allot, gives good fhr and fcr instead of buying some godly ass circlet
