k well here is how u fucknig lvl from 1 to 20. lvl1-8 do tristram runs in full games. lvl 8-14/5 do tower run, then run from inner cloister WP (like 4th WP from end, near Jail) run from there clearing all the uniques and shit to andy, and kill her. thats about 6lvl's. 15-20 arcane then clear all tombs and you will be level 20 w/i about 2 hours. it works for me!

lvl 20 kill ancients (b/c cow at lvl=SHIT EX)
lvl 21-25 cow till 25 (bout 2 lvl's per game)
